PAMPERING

All it takes is one swift 10 minute walk in the mornings, while taking in deep breaths and the beautiful scenery, to make me feel totally vibrant and absorbent in getting my day started feeling refreshed and energized. If my surrounding scenery isn't as pleasant as I would like, I'd often look up to the sky and be reminded of all the amazing beauty that lies underneath. The senses  wake up with a new awareness each morning...What a wonderful feeling!          
 Treat yourself to a luxurious bubble bath to relieve stress and anxiety. If you're not allergic to essential oils, try adding a few drops of chamomile and lavender oils under your running water with a cup of Epsom or sea salt, again, only if you don't have complications with high blood pressure. This evening bath is sure to relax you and help you sleep peacefully throughout the night. Don't forget to treat yourself to a fresh flower of your choice or dissolvable flower pedals for the princess in you. Men, you can always leave out the flowers if you like. :) Just grab a good book and enjoy!
