FOOD and RECIPE KORNER


For some people, eating is their favorite pastime. We must make sure when we enjoy eating more than exercising, we incorporate and network proper foods to help our bodies to remain in a healthy state. There was a time when I did not care to eat in the morning, even though, I would get up very early. My body was sluggish though I worked out and ate lite throughout the remainder of the day. I became very concerned about this because, I thought since I ate plenty of veggies throughout the day, there should not have been any problems with my digestive system. I began searching for different solutions. After trying many things and failing, I decided to incorporate breakfast into my daily diet. I quickly found out just how important it was to not skip that meal, out of all the meals of the day. I found that, that meal was where most of  my fiber was coming from  throughout the day. Geesh, fiber, I will never abandon you again!
